Photo shoots are scheduled during daylight hours Monday to Friday, and based on photographer availability.

What time of day is best for photos?

Exterior photos are usually best when the sun is hitting the front of the property. That said, weather and cloud cover can change plans quickly, so we make the most of any lighting conditions.

Question 3

Can I order interior and exterior photos separately?

Accepted Answer

We offer exterior-only shoots for $100 that can be ordered in addition to the complete listing photography, which covers both the interior and exterior. We do not offer a complete interior-only product.

Question 4

Do you shoot on the weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weekend appointments are available for an additional $50 and are subject to photographer availability. Weekend shoots can’t be scheduled online, so please contact us or reach out directly to your photographer to book.

Question 5

Can you hold a time slot for me?

Accepted Answer

We can hold one time slot until the end of the day while you confirm details with the seller. After that, the slot may be released if it hasn’t been booked.

Question 6

Can the seller leave out pets during the photo shoot?

Accepted Answer

Our photographers love pets, but for everyone’s safety and comfort, they should be secured or contained during the shoot. This helps keep the process smooth and ensures we can work efficiently without stressing the animals.
