Complete Listing Photography

  • Resolution / dimensions: 

    • Original Resolution: Up to 10 MB per image. 3840 pixels on the long edge. 2:3 aspect ratio. 240ppi. Ideal for print and situations where a higher resolution is needed.

    • MLS Resolution: Up to 500 Kilobyte per image. 2048 pixels on the long edge. 2:3 aspect ratio. 72ppi. Ideal for the MLS and quick webpage loading.

  • Orientation (horizontal / vertical): Horizontal images are standard. Vertical images may be included by request or at the discretion of the photographer.

  • Typical quantity or duration: There is no limit to photo count based on package size or square footage. The photographer will photograph the entirety of the home and will be sure to include a wide variety of angles to choose from. We do not guarantee a minimum photo count. A typical shoot might include an average of about 40 photos.
     

Delivery

  • How files are delivered: Files are downloaded by the client in the Media Download Center, which is delivered to the client as a link via email.

  • This delivered photos can also be found by logging into the client portal, under the Site Media tab or Media Download Center

 

Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery window: Next-day. We try to deliver by 10am, but do not guarantee delivery until the end of the day.
     

Time on Site (Estimated)

  • 45 minutes to 1.5 hours

  • Scheduled time on site is based on square footage.

  • On-site requests are accommodated when time allows. Appointment duration limits apply. We encourage clients to leave specific requests in the order notes so that the photographer can adjust the appointment duration accordingly.

  • High-quality editing that properly balances the lighting and colors to accurately portray the listing

  • Blue sky replacements for interior and exterior images if the weather is less than ideal.

  • Condo amenities, if scheduled in advance.

  • Photography reflects the condition of the property at the time of the scheduled shoot.

  • Photographers will open blinds, turn on the lights, close toilet seats and remove trash cans from all photos. Additional staging is not the photographer’s responsibility.

  • Larger or more complex properties may require additional time.

  • Accurate spatial representation of the property as captured at the time of the shoot

  • We will attempt to scan outdoor decks, but do not guarantee successful capture due to lighting, weather, and platform limitations.

  • Basic alignment and cleanup of scan data where supported by the platform

  • The photographer will open blinds, turn on lights, close toilet seats, and remove trash cans from scan views when possible. Additional staging is not the photographer’s responsibility.

  • Hosting for up to 1 year or until the listing is sold, whichever comes first

  • Optional “De-furnished View” with all furniture removed from the entire space, upon request
